GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

At Taraz, our instructors create unique flows for each class, allowing you to be strong, flexible, coordinated, resilient, and agile all at the same time. Instead of keeping up with exercise trends, we prioritize and dedicate each class to five fundamental abilities of the body - Power, Endurance, Mobility, Flexibility, and Balance.

FORCE POWER

The Focus: Your muscular system's ability to produce force against resistance — protecting your joints, maintaining muscle mass, and powering the physical demands of daily life.

The Feel: High-resistance work with lower reps and full rest between sets. Intentional, precise, and grounding. You'll leave feeling strong and stable.

Sounds Like: Lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying — any movement where your body works against weight or resistance.

ENDURANCE DRILLS

a pair of legs and feet

The Focus: Your cardiovascular system's ability to sustain effort — keeping oxygen flowing so your energy stays consistent and daily physical effort feels manageable.

The Feel: Continuous, station-based work with higher reps and lighter loads. All about pacing, breathing, and building stamina.

Sounds Like: Continuous movement sequences that keep you going — the kind of work where rhythm and breathing matter more than how heavy the load is.

MOBILITY FLOW

The Focus: How freely and in control your joints move — active strength through full range of motion, without stiffness, compensation, or pain.

The Feel: Dynamic, ground-based movement through varied positions and transitions. As much about coordination as range.

Sounds Like: Moving through and between positions — deliberate transitions that explore how your body connects and flows.

FLEXIBILITY RELEASE

The Focus: Your connective tissue and fascia's ability to lengthen and release — reducing built-up stiffness and supporting the quality of everything else you do.

The Feel: Active and passive stretching with controlled breathing and time in position. Not about pushing — about letting go.

Sounds Like: Stretching, breathing, and holding — giving your body the time and space to open up and release tension.

BALANCE & COORDINATION

The Focus: How well your nervous system reacts, stabilizes, and controls your body in real time — sharper awareness, faster reactions, and greater confidence in how you move.

The Feel: Skill-based, precise work in unfamiliar or unstable conditions. The challenge is precision, not effort.

Sounds Like: Challenges that sharpen your stability and control — and practices that calm and reset your nervous system.

MASSAGE & RECOVERY

MASSAGE & RECOVERY

At Taraz, training is only half the equation. Every physical challenge you put your body through only becomes progress if it is given the conditions to recover. Without recovery, stress accumulates into tension, restricted movement, and injury. Massage is how we close that loop. A direct part of the balanced approach to physical development that Taraz is built on.
